Outpatient

RDI Sample Collection:  Prospective Sample Collection of 1200 Subjects for the Development of COVID-19 Assays

Cardiology

Paraglide- A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, parallel group, active controlled study to evaluate the effect of sacubitril/valsartan (LCZ696) versus valsartan on changes in NT-proBNP and outcomes, safety, and tolerability in HFpEF patients with acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) who have been stabilized during hospitalization and initiated in-hospital or within 30 days post-discharge (PARAGLIDE-HF)

AEGIS-II – Study to investigate CSL112 in subjects with acute coronary syndrome.

Pacific AMI – Study to gather information about the proper dosing and safety of the oral FXIa Inhibitor BAY 2433334 in patients following an acute heart attack

Heart-FID – Study to determine the efficacy and safety of iron therapy using intravenous (IV) ferric carboxymaltose (FCM), relative to placebo, in the treatment of participants in heart failure with iron deficiency and with a reduced ejection fraction.

BMAD – Study to assess investigator engagement of μCor system data in the context of heart failure management. The μCor system includes a sensor and wearable patch for fluid management.

Stride PAD– Effects of semaglutide on functional capacity in patients with type 2 diabetes and peripheral arterial disease
